Meet Our Team
Tammy & Harry Grogan
The husband and wife team of Tammy and Harry Grogan are longtime residents of Summit and Stark Counties; with a deep love of the area they have called home for over forty years. Having raised a family in Stark County, Tammy and Harry believe your community is an extension of your family.
Tammy has been a licensed real estate professional for 30 years, and is currently ranked in the top 99.7% of all registered agents in Ohio for sales. She is the recipient of Cutler Real Estate’s Pinnacle Award for sales volume, and was named Cutler Real Estate’s #1 Sales Producer in Ohio. As an advocate for both buyers and sellers, Tammy services most of Northeastern Ohio, and is dedicated to providing her clients with a superior home buying or selling experience.
Always present in the background, Harry joined Tammy full-time four years ago, after decades in the corporate world. Bringing a unique skill set honed through time spent at both Fortune 500 companies, as well as his own businesses, Harry has helped build Tammy Grogan and Associates’ dynamic team. Harry continues working to develop a team with the skill set necessary to adapt to the ever-changing real estate market.
In their time outside of work, Tammy and Harry enjoy the great outdoors and are active boaters and hikers. They also enjoy visiting their daughter, Ashley, in North Carolina, and son Michael, in New York. Tammy and Harry also have a beloved yellow lab, Duncan.
As a native of Stark County, Jackie boasts an innate familiarity with the area. Jackie has played softball for most of her life. The most important part of her life is her 9 year-old daughter, Gracie.
Before joining the team, Jackie spent the last three years selling kitchen cabinets for a family company. When not hard at work helping someone find their next home, Jackie enjoys spending time with her family, Girl Scouts, softball, and camping.
Graduating from Kent State University with a BFA in Jewelry Metals in 2005, Jen launched herself into a jewelry making career and eventually opened up a store with her mom in 2007. After taking time off to raise her two children, she was longing for the human interaction she missed from working with people daily. When Jen and her Husband, Josh, purchased their home from Tammy it sparked a conversation about becoming involved in real estate. She is currently a licensed Buyer’s Agent on our team.
Jen’s patient, laid back, easy to talk to attitude may make you think she’s calm and quiet, but her work ethic is anything but. She does everything she possibly can to make her clients buying and selling process as stress free and fun as she can.
Born and raised in North Canton, Ohio, she chose to stay here and raise her young family in the town she loves. When Jen isn’t negotiating contracts or showing homes, you can find her outside in her garden, hiking, and spending time with her family.
Scott’s attention to detail and organization skills are a fantastic addition to our team. Friendly and outgoing, Scott is sure to take care of all your Real Estate needs. He is born and raised in Stark County and is a graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas. When he is not finding your perfect home, he is probably watching or playing all sports. Scott is an avid golfer, camper, mountain biker, and self-proclaimed Grille Master. He bought his first home in North Canton and plans to raise his family in his home town.
Searching for your dream home should be fun and exciting, not confusing and stressful. Scott is your agent if you need someone with great knowledge of the area and a relentless work ethic. Let’s find your home and have fun doing it.
As a lifelong resident of Stark County, Wendy’s love of real estate started at a very young age. While still in grade school, she would help her father at his Uniontown real estate brokerage by cleaning, filing, writing new listings and sales on the board, going to open houses and auctions, and often riding along to the board of realtors to pick up the new MLS catalog every two weeks and then excitedly study each page and listing carefully on the drive home. Wendy is a third generation realtor following in her grandfather, father’s, uncles’ and cousins’ footsteps.
Mom to two boys, Chayce and Tre’, she hopes to one day to see one or both of her boys carry on the family tradition. Until then, she loves to watch them enjoy their many activities at school (Wendy’s alma mater), as well as soccer, Taekwondo (Chayce is a black belt), chess club, art classes (Tre’s favorite), piano lessons, indoor fort building, hiking and playing with the family dog, Violet, two cats, Thomasina and Jinx, and two fish, Thomas and James (yes, there is Thomas the Train theme thanks to Tre’). When not helping clients before, during and after the home buying experience, or taking her boys to their many activities, Wendy enjoys time with family and friends (most of which share friendships of 40+ years), hiking, playing cards, taking trips to museums, zoos and parks with her boys, attending concerts and plays, gardening, home improvement projects and travel.
Wendy has a dual degree in Business Management and Sales Marketing with 30+ years in retail management and private business ownership and has been a licensed real estate agent with Cutler Real Estate since 2013. During her first year selling real estate, Wendy had the distinction of being awarded the Ohio Association of Realtors Presidents Club, an honor held by less than 3% of Ohio realtors. Wendy’s lifelong experience, knowledge of the surrounding counties and desire to help each client find the home that best suits their individual needs makes her uniquely qualified to help you find your next home!
Thea Mottice has been around Real Estate since 1991. She and her husband Michael were a team in the 90’s. Following the market crash she decided to pursue other interests, during that time she opened an in-home daycare center. This allowed her to stay home and watch her youngest son Zander grow up. Thea missed the office and has worked as an administrative assistant for Realtors for the past five years. She could not be more excited to have gotten her license again. She has a knack for customer service and will not stop until her customers have found the perfect home.
Thea has been married for thirty years to her high school sweetheart Michael. They raised 5 beautiful children at Lake Mohawk before moving to East Sparta. On days off, Thea can be found working in the yard, taking her dog Reese for a walk, or being at home with her grandsons.
Client Services and Closing Coordinator
Jessica is new to the team and loves everything she has learned about the business so far. She grew up with real estate agent parents, so it is familiar territory. She is a resident of Barberton with her husband Martin, their dogs Benjamin and Cooper, cat Douglas, and gecko Watson. When she is not at work, she is feverishly working to make their newly bought house into a home.
Jessica is a graduate of Long Island University, where she studied acting. She has held several jobs in theaters in PA and NYC. She also worked in the kitchen of Cibos Italian Restaurant for 10 years, but feels more comfortable than ever in her office at Cutler. She loves the fast pace and also that no two days are ever the same. Tammy and Harry have a lot to teach and Jessica is more than happy to learn.

Heather came to our team as a real estate agent but transitioned to Listing Coordinator at the beginning of 2018. She enjoys being the point of contact with our sellers in preparation for their home to be listed.
“I truly enjoy meeting and getting to know our clients, helping them prepare their home for showings, and walking them through the selling process. Once their home is on the market, I hand them over to Jess and she navigates them through to the closing. We have a great, close- knit team.”
Heather spends her time with her 6 year-old precocious son and their family pet, an eastern painted turtle, named Lovie. They enjoy riding bikes, going to family events in the Stark County community, and spending time with their wonderful friends and family.
