Meet Our Team
Tammy Grogan is a longtime resident of Summit and Stark Counties; with a deep love of the area she has called home for over forty years. Having raised a family in Stark County, Tammy believes your community is an extension of your family.
Tammy has been a licensed real estate professional for 30 years and is currently ranked in the top 1% of all registered agents in Ohio for sales. She is the recipient of Cutler Real Estate’s Pinnacle Award for sales volume and was named Cutler Real Estate’s #1 Sales Producer in Ohio. As an advocate for both buyers and sellers, Tammy services most of Northeastern Ohio, and provides her clients with a superior home buying or selling experience.
In her time outside of work, Tammy enjoys the great outdoors and is an active boater and hiker. She also enjoys visiting her daughter, Ashley, in North Carolina, and son Michael, in New York.
When Abbey isn’t on appointment or helping one of her many buyers, she’s spending time with her family, husband Jeremy—her high school sweetheart—, her new son Jett and two dogs, Ajax and Bentley. She values family and has always understood how important those relationships are. Abbey is very active in her church at Evermore Community Church and helps lead a young married bible study. Her other hobbies include being outdoors running, hiking and playing sports, and traveling around the world with Jeremy. Born and raised in Hartville, Ohio, she’s a Lake girl for life.
Graduating from Kent State University with a BFA in Jewelry Metals in 2005, Jen launched herself into a jewelry making career and eventually opened up a store with her mom in 2007. After taking time off to raise her two children, she was longing for the human interaction she missed from working with people daily. When Jen and her Husband, Josh, purchased their home from Tammy it sparked a conversation about becoming involved in real estate. She is currently a licensed Buyer’s Agent on our team.
Jen’s patient, laid back, easy to talk to attitude may make you think she’s calm and quiet, but her work ethic is anything but. She does everything she possibly can to make her clients buying and selling process as stress free and fun as she can.
Born and raised in North Canton, Ohio, she chose to stay here and raise her young family in the town she loves. When Jen isn’t negotiating contracts or showing homes, you can find her outside in her garden, hiking, and spending time with her family.
Mendee has enjoyed being a long time resident of North Canton with her husband Jarrett and daughter Rae. When she is not selling real estate she enjoys being active outside, traveling, working in the garden, and is an umpire for girls softball.
Mendee is a graduate of The University of Akron with a Bachlor’s degree in Fashion Merchendising and an Associate’s degree in Marketing and Sales. Prior to becoming a Realtor, she worked in sales and managment in the healthcare industry for 9 1/2 years.
Born and raised in Alliance Ohio, Caitlin has a passion for people. She enjoys all things outdoors, anything sports, and has a love for animals. When not working you can find her spending time with her family, painting and restoring furniture, and finding a good bargain! A soon to be mom, Caitlin is starting her new career as a Real Estate Agent, and is very eager to help potential buyers find their forever home.
As a lifelong resident of Stark County, Wendy’s love of real estate started at a very young age. While still in grade school, she would help her father at his Uniontown real estate brokerage by cleaning, filing, writing new listings and sales on the board, going to open houses and auctions, and often riding along to the board of realtors to pick up the new MLS catalog every two weeks and then excitedly study each page and listing carefully on the drive home. Wendy is a third generation realtor following in her grandfather, father’s, uncles’ and cousins’ footsteps.
Mom to two boys, Chayce and Tre’, she hopes to one day to see one or both of her boys carry on the family tradition. Until then, she loves to watch them enjoy their many activities at school (Wendy’s alma mater), as well as soccer, Taekwondo (Chayce is a black belt), chess club, art classes (Tre’s favorite), piano lessons, indoor fort building, hiking and playing with the family dog, Violet, two cats, Thomasina and Jinx, and two fish, Thomas and James (yes, there is Thomas the Train theme thanks to Tre’). When not helping clients before, during and after the home buying experience, or taking her boys to their many activities, Wendy enjoys time with family and friends (most of which share friendships of 40+ years), hiking, playing cards, taking trips to museums, zoos and parks with her boys, attending concerts and plays, gardening, home improvement projects and travel.
Wendy has a dual degree in Business Management and Sales Marketing with 30+ years in retail management and private business ownership and has been a licensed real estate agent with Cutler Real Estate since 2013. During her first year selling real estate, Wendy had the distinction of being awarded the Ohio Association of Realtors Presidents Club, an honor held by less than 3% of Ohio realtors. Wendy’s lifelong experience, knowledge of the surrounding counties and desire to help each client find the home that best suits their individual needs makes her uniquely qualified to help you find your next home!

I truly enjoyed my title as Listing Coordinator; meeting and establishing relationships with our sellers and helping them through the beginning stages of selling their home. 2019 will be just as exciting moving into marketing. I am very excited to have Laura Lucisano on our team as our new Listing Coordinator. She will be a great asset to our team with her outgoing personality”
